Order Processing and Production Time
Each order is custom printed just for you.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships.

Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via UPS and DHL for fast and reliable delivery. Other carriers will be added in time.

Shipping Times
After production is complete, typical shipping times are:

Domestic (within the U.S.): 2–5 business days
International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, and unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.

Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed over to UPS / DHL, we are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery errors.
For shipping issues, please first contact UPS / DHL using your tracking information.
